Respondology
Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.
Overview
Respondology is a tool for cleaning up the comments under brands' posts. The self-description word for word: "Instantly remove spam, bots, and brand-damaging comments. Learn what your audience is talking about in 30-seconds or less at any scale" (homepage). This is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment.
The numbers and promises in the quotation belong to the tool: "instantly", "30-seconds or less" and "at any scale" are its formulations, not quantities measured by us. What exactly takes thirty seconds — processing a comment, preparing a summary or something else — the source does not explain.
Unlike its neighbours in the moderation section, this tool works not with the content of your own application but with comments on social networks, and it does have a platform list by name. For instruments of this kind that is a rarity: most moderation tools in the catalogue have no list at all.
The interface language of the homepage is en-US, taken from the markup attribute; no language versions are declared in hreflang.
Which platforms it works with
There are six platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads. That is the "Social Platforms" section on the moderation product page.
Let me note separately where this list is not: the tool's homepage gives no list of platforms. That is, if you judge the tool by its homepage you will not get this answer — you have to go to the product page.
What is available for each platform — which permissions are required, whether comments are hidden or deleted, whether a business account is needed — the page does not explain. The list is confirmed, not the composition of the work on each network.
How you earn with it
An affiliate programme is not announced. The addresses /affiliate, /affiliates, /affiliate-program, /partners, /referral, /partner-program give 404.
A Partnerships page does exist, though, and it is easy to take for something it is not. It names types of partner — social platforms, brand safety platforms, agencies — but that is a description of who the tool cooperates with in developing the business, not the terms of a commission. There are no rates there, no thresholds and no payment for a client you bring in.
Two caveats about that page. A partnership for the sake of joint business and an affiliate programme with payouts are different things. And the "social platforms" listed on it as a type of partner are not a list of supported platforms: the supported ones are listed separately and on a different page.
What it will not do
It makes no claim to work with platforms beyond the six named: neither Twitter, nor Reddit, nor Telegram, nor VKontakte is in the list.
It gives you no way to see the list of platforms on the homepage — for the answer you have to go to the product section.
Answering how much it costs is impossible from the sources we checked. Our database holds not a single fact about pricing tiers, about a free tier or about limits — the number of accounts, the volume of comments processed, the number of users — which is why the deep dive has no "Pricing", "What is free" or "Restrictions" sections at all. For a tool that works "at any scale" that is the most substantial silence: the scale is promised, and its price is not named.
It does not offer to pay you for a client you bring in: the partnerships page announces no commissions, and the relevant addresses do not exist.
