Kontentino
Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.
Overview
Kontentino is a tool for planning, approving and publishing posts on social networks. The self-description on the home page reads: "Plan, approve and publish social media content — all in one place. Built for agencies and marketing teams. Trusted in 75+ countries. Try free for 14 days". This is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment: the figure "75+ countries" belongs to Kontentino and has not been verified by anyone from outside.
The same phrase shows who the tool addresses itself to — agencies and marketing teams — and that approval of posts stands in its description on a par with planning and publishing.
The interface language of the home page is en; the value is taken from the markup attribute. A machine-readable index llms.txt is present on the site; the size of the file on the date of the check was 19,981 characters. That is our own measurement, not a claim by the tool: the file changes along with the site's documentation.
Which platforms it works with
Here the tool contradicts itself, and that is worth keeping in mind.
The "Channels" section in the top menu of the publishing page names nine platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Threads, Youtube (the spelling is kept as it is on the page).
The running text on that very same page lists seven: "We cover all the biggest social media networks — Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Google Business Profile, Pinterest". The text has no TikTok and no Youtube — that is, the list in the text is two platforms shorter than the list in the menu. Both readings come from one address on one day, and the page does not resolve the contradiction.
There are no separate /integrations and /social-media-platforms sections on the site — both addresses return 404, so a third list that would settle the first two does not exist.
What is free
The page makes no mention of a permanent free plan. Only one thing is confirmed: in the self-description on the home page the tool offers 14 days free ("Try free for 14 days"). The terms of the trial period — whether a card is needed, what is included in it — are not described.
The second way of not paying is tied to invitations: according to the Referral Program page, the person invited gets their first month free.
How you earn with it
The programme exists, but calling it an affiliate programme would be a stretch. According to the Referral Program page, it is an invitation from a friend: the reward is a free first month for the person invited. The page announces no payouts to the person doing the inviting. The addresses /referral and /referral-program lead to one and the same page.
Everything else that usually defines an affiliate programme the source does not name: neither a monetary rate, nor whether the credit is one-off or recurring, nor the lifetime of the click tag, nor a minimum sum for payout, nor payout methods, nor conditions of admission. The tool has no separate page with the terms of the programme.
What it will not do
The tool publishes no direct refusals anywhere, so here it is important to distinguish two different things.
The first is what has been checked and confirmed. The tool does not give a complete and non-contradictory list of platforms: two of its own records on one page diverge over TikTok and Youtube. It has no separate integrations pages — the addresses /integrations and /social-media-platforms return 404. The tool does not promise money for an invitation: on the programme page only a free month for the person invited is announced, and there is not a single monetary rate there.
The second is what Kontentino does not write about: prices, the composition of plans, the number of included accounts and users, daily publishing limits, API access, interface language versions beyond English, requirements for the accounts being connected.

Pricing
The cheapest paid plan is Starter: 49 EUR a month on yearly billing («Billed annually · €588/yr») and 69 EUR monthly; in dollars the same tiers are shown as 59 USD a month on yearly billing («Billed annually · $708/yr») and 83 USD monthly. The plan includes 10 profiles and 3 users. There are two currencies, the euro and the US dollar, and the period is a month
The yearly and monthly prices are different statements and both are given. The dollar price is not a conversion from the euro: 49 EUR against 59 USD and 69 EUR against 83 USD are separate price lists. The quotations are verbatim. A monetary fact, shelf life 90 days

Four tiers. Starter — 49 EUR / 59 USD a month on yearly billing, 69 EUR / 83 USD monthly, 10 profiles, 3 users. Standard — 109 EUR / 131 USD yearly, 149 EUR / 179 USD monthly («€1,308/yr», «$1,572/yr»), 40 profiles, 10 users. Pro — 199 EUR / 239 USD yearly, 269 EUR / 323 USD monthly («€2,388/yr», «$2,868/yr»), unlimited profiles, 10 users. Enterprise — price on request, with profiles and seats by agreement. Add-ons: analytics from 54–60 EUR a month on Starter and Standard (included in Pro), Global Content Manager from 100 EUR a month (included in Pro), extra training 100 EUR an hour
Note Pro: profiles there are unlimited but there are still ten people — the limit is set by people rather than by accounts. The quotations are verbatim

A 14-day trial period with no card and cancellation at any time: «14-day free trial», «No credit card», «Cancel any time»
The absence of a card requirement is claimed by Kontentino itself. The quotations are verbatim

They charge for people and for features, while the number of profiles sets the tier. The FAQ puts it outright: «Your billing plan depends on the number of added features and number of users». And, importantly for agencies: «Does the client count as a user? Yes, every role counts towards your final user count». The number of users on the plan card is set by a slider («Users −3+»), so the price grows with the team within a tier. Profiles, meanwhile, come as a package: 10 on Starter, 40 on Standard, unlimited on Pro
A trap for agencies: a client invited for approval occupies a paid seat on a par with a member of staff — Kontentino's own statement. The page does not print a per-unit price for an extra user or an extra profile: we looked for it in the plan cards, in the add-ons block and in the FAQ — there is only a slider with no price per step. The quotations are verbatim

There is no free plan on the pricing page: four tiers, all paid, the lowest at 49 EUR a month on yearly billing. No mention of a free plan was found on the page; only a trial period is offered
The pricing page was read in full, including the FAQ: neither «free plan» nor «free forever» is on it. Kontentino makes no direct denial of a free plan either — the conclusion comes from its own list of tiers
