SendPulse

Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.

Overview

SendPulse describes itself like this: "Multi-channel marketing automation platform with email, web push, SMS, and chatbots for Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram — all combined in a free CRM" (homepage). This is a self-description — the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment.

The wording makes clear that this is not a scheduler: the centre of gravity here is on mailings, chatbots and automation, while the social networks are connected as channels for bots, not as feeds for publishing.

There is a programmatic interface: the homepage carries a link to the developer documentation — sendpulse.com/integrations/api, the page opens and contains the marks of documentation (homepage). This was verified by opening the address, not inferred from the word "api" in the link.

The interface language of the homepage is English; the hreflang markup declares eleven language versions: de, en, es, fr, it, pt, ru, ru-kz, ru-ua, tr, uk (homepage). A Russian version is among them, and in three regional variants at that.

The site is prepared to be read by programs: there is a machine-readable index, llms.txt, running to 3,716 characters. The length is our own measurement on the date of the check, not the tool's claim.

Which platforms it works with

The list of chatbot channels is given on the chatbot page: Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Viber and Live chat. Each channel has its own page on the site — /features/chatbot/facebook, /instagram, /telegram, /tiktok, /viber, /whatsapp.

These are channels for bots and correspondence, not a list of networks where the tool publishes posts on a schedule. The difference matters when choosing: connecting Instagram here means working with messages, not running a feed.

Separately about Viber. An official integration is declared, but the tool itself gives a warning: Rakuten Viber charges separately for chatbots created after 5 February 2024, and the token has to be obtained from Viber or from an official partner (Viber page). This is a third-party commercial requirement of the platform: a bot builder does not override the agreement with Viber itself.

What is free

There is a free tier, but the open pages give few details about it. The tool's own description calls the CRM free — "all combined in a free CRM" (homepage).

A specific number is known for only one channel: on the free plan three chatbots can be created (Viber page). Whether this limit extends to the other channels or is counted separately for each, the verified source does not specify.

Restrictions

The main restriction that the tool writes about directly does not come from the tool. Viber chatbots created after 5 February 2024 are paid for separately to Rakuten Viber itself, and the token is issued by Viber or its official partner (Viber page). Changing your bot builder will not cancel that charge.

Restrictions on promotion methods apply in the affiliate programme: email and SEO spam are prohibited, as is contextual advertising, including Google Adwords and Bing Ads (affiliate programme page).

The pages we checked name no daily limits on sending messages or on posts.

How you earn with it

An affiliate programme is announced — the SendPulse Affiliate Program (programme page). Besides it there are separate tracks for agencies, developers, online schools, producers, SaaS companies and event organisers; the general page of tracks is sendpulse.com/partner-program.

The rates are declared as follows: 30% of your customers' purchases of plans for a new affiliate and 40% once referrals spend 1,000 USD or more a month; plus 10% of balance top-ups in both cases (programme page). Note separately: the agency track page promises "up to 50%", but that is a different programme, and its rate cannot be carried over to ordinary affiliate participation.

The commission is recurring for two years — "Commissions on all payments for two years", the wording of the page and of the questions section.

Payouts: the commission can be spent on paying for SendPulse tools or withdrawn to a PayPal account — "Use your commission to pay for SendPulse tools or withdraw money to your current PayPal account". The commission is credited to an account inside the tool automatically.

Who is admitted: website owners, online schools, agencies and marketers, influencers, creators, vloggers. Admission is by application with approval. Agencies that joined the Agency Area after 1 April 2024 were enrolled in the programme automatically.

What it will not do

What follows is about what the source does not say, not about a proven absence of capabilities.

The lifetime of the affiliate click tag is not named. How long your link stays in force after a click is not stated on the programme page.

The minimum amount payable is not named. It is easy to go wrong here: 1,000 USD of referral spending a month is the condition for the rate rising from 30 to 40%, not a threshold from which money can be withdrawn. There is no threshold in the open sources.

No separate page of the affiliate programme's terms exists — the site footer has only the general Terms. There is no full text of the rules in the open that one could check against before joining.

The sources we checked name no prices for the paid plans, which is why this deep dive has no prices at all — not a single sum apart from the 1,000 USD threshold from the affiliate programme.

Pricing

The cheapest paid mailing plan is Standard on a list of up to 500 subscribers: «€ 8.80 /month» paid yearly and 11 EUR a month paid monthly. The period switch on the page is labelled «Yearly -20%», «6-month -10%», «Monthly»: 8.80 EUR is the rate with the 20 per cent discount, not the base price

Exactly the case rule 5 warns about: 8.80 and 11 EUR are different statements, and without the period the figure is useless. The currency at the time of the check is the euro; SendPulse shows prices by region, and for another visitor the currency may differ. A monetary fact, shelf life 90 days.

There is a free plan. Verbatim from the card: «Free: 15,000 emails per month, 140+ editable email templates, Drag-and-drop email builder, Contact import, Subscription forms to grow your mailing list, Basic features in Automation, Open and click-through rate analytics». The list size on the free plan is up to 500 subscribers

SendPulse's free plan is unusually generous in volume: 15,000 emails a month with a list of up to 500 people is 30 emails per subscriber a month. The card does not name the number of users per account for the free plan.

source, checked 2026-08-07

You pay for the size of the contact list, not for the emails sent and not per person on the team. The price is chosen by the question «What is your mailing list size?»; the grid is built on tiers of «Up to 500 subscribers» and above. Emails on the paid plans are meanwhile unlimited. The number of users does not affect the price but is baked into the plan: Standard — «3 users per account», Pro — «10 users per account», Enterprise — «Unlimited number of users». There is a second, quite different model alongside: a one-off purchase of an email package valid for a year, for example 10,000 emails for 38 EUR

Two models in one service: the subscription counts subscribers, the package counts emails. For comparison with services at 20 dollars, it matters that SendPulse's 8.80 EUR is the price for a list of 500 people, and it grows with the list rather than with the number of staff.

source, checked 2026-08-07

The pricing page that was read covers only email mailings. SendPulse has separate products — chatbots, CRM, SMS, pop-ups — and their prices are not given on that page

Recorded so that the figure of 8.80 EUR is not read as «the price of SendPulse as a whole». The prices of the other products were not checked in this pass.

Mailing plans on a list of up to 500 subscribers, the monthly rate paid yearly: Standard — 8.80 EUR, three users per account; Pro — 10.56 EUR, ten users; Enterprise — 14.78 EUR, unlimited users, a minimum of 2500 contacts. VIP — for lists from 5 million subscribers, price not published, with a referral to the sales department. Separately from the subscription there is a purchase of volume in emails valid for a year: 10,000 emails — 38 EUR on Standard, 45.60 EUR on Pro, 63.84 EUR on Enterprise
